Feeling a little anxious these days? Needing to relax and calm down? Using pranayama breathing practices, moving in asana (yoga postures), and monitoring your heart rate variability (HRV) are ways to train your autonomic nervous system. Read up on the best ways to monitor your HRV and join in on one of my online yoga classes.
With online yoga classes, you can practice yoga in the comfort of your home and on your own schedule. Online yoga classes are being offered here, and private yoga therapy sessions can be arranged as well. Choose from online, in-person, and private practices.
I posted my first online yoga classes on March 4, 2020, in preparation for my trip to the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. At that time, my online yoga classes were set up for my regular students to practice yoga while I was away at yoga therapy certification training. Little did I know that the announcement of an international pandemic a few days into training would change the way I offered yoga classes for a long time to come! The pandemic has faded in the past but practicing online on platforms like Zoom will continue into the foreseeable future.
Advanced Therapeutic Yoga Classes Online for YOU
My online yoga classes are on my class schedule. I’ll be adding and changing courses from time to time, so visit my schedule regularly.
Online Chair Yoga – Practice yoga in a chair. If you’ve done yoga before, you’ll recognize many of the movements in this class. If you’ve never done yoga before, you may find this to be one of the most accessible forms of yoga. Make no mistake, chair yoga is STILL yoga.
Hatha Yoga via ZOOM – This is a basic, intermediate mat-style yoga class with all the classic elements: mudras, pranayama, asana, and yogic philosophy.
Please join me in a live class via ZOOM, with a pre-recorded online yoga class, or schedule a private yoga therapy or yoga class with me. It’s easy.
